These would be best in the fog lights. H3 bulbs really don't have the necessary output for headlight function, plus you'd have no high beam. For headlights you want like an H7 projector at the very least (i.e. Acura MDX). H3 projectors go great in fog lights though, I have a pair in mine and it's essentially the same brightness as stock but spread over a better area. Plus it looks cool.
I have some H3 projectors in my fogs too....I LOVE THEM they look sick, I get compliments all the time.
