I read on these forums before that Stock SE 5MT springs used on Automatic 4G's give a small lowering in the front, and level out the stance instead of having the higher front end.

Taking offers (maybe $50), I'm looking to clear out my garage, and will let these go cheap if there is interest.

I also have for sale stock SE shocks, taken off my Maxima at 135,xxx miles. I have to believe that they were replaced at some point since they are NOT leaking or blown. They were taken off my car a year and a half ago.

Again, taking offers, I'll be looking to get even cheaper on these. Just make it worth my while because otherwise, they are going in the dumpster on FRIDAY of this week. Basically just seeing if someone can use these or not, I hate to throw things away.

Willing to separate the rear shocks from the front struts? If so i would be interested in the shocks. Pictures and price?

I'll probably be looking for $15 plus whatever it costs to ship. Based on the fact I don't know accurate mileage (probably were replaced, but can't be guaranteed since I have no receipts), and that they have been off the car for as long as they have and I have a hard time remembering exactly how the car rode.

I would also accept a trade for a good passenger side heated seat switch plus the cost of shipping for the shocks if you have one.

 

What brand are these and do they look fairly new? I need a pair in good condition. I bought some from another orger but he used a vise grip on the piston so i tried them anyway. They ended up leaking after a couple days.
I do have a switch but one side where it pivots is cracked.

 

I'll be going back outside in the cold tonight, I'll be able to check them out for ya. I literally haven't seen them since my Spring Break 2006, where there were taken out and stored in the box I received my AGX's in (Illumina boxes actually haha).

I'll be back with some pics in maybe an hour or two, depending on how much cleaning I get done outside while I'm there.

eh, the cracked switch won't do...that's what I have now and it slowly works it's way into not working at all anymore. Thanks anyways.

 

fanatic and fearfox -- I'm sorry guys, these shocks are NOT in the condition I remember.

For starters, I too used vice grips apparently, so the rears are completely useless for anyone's purposes (where the rear rods are rusting, is where I used the vicegrips), and the fronts have some rust on them. The fronts otherwise are fine, the shock-rods look mint.

Springs have also started to rust apparently. I think it's a lost cause guys, I'm sorry I hadn't checked into the condition of the parts before posting, I just wanted to get the word out there asap assuming they were still the way I remember, since I was planning on throwing them out Friday.

Again, I'm sorry for the false hope, I honestly just wanted them gone for nothing more than a handling fee, but I thought they were nicer than this crap, but I havne't seen them for 1.5 years. Rear shocks are definitely getting trashed, springs and front shocks soon to follow if you don't speak up before friday fearfox.

 

pour some of that PB blaster you have there maybe the fronts can be saved

f550 - that'll depend a lot on how much it takes to ship. Do you just want the fronts? They are a heavy item to ship. Actually, Jon -- I bought those Canuck Springs off of you, how much were they to ship? Or how much did they weigh? You probably don't remember, but worth a shot (edit: nevermind, I just wen tout and looked at the shipping label).

JUST TO BE CLEAR -- Front and rear shocks were trashed. SE 5MT springs still available.
