poly filled auto tranny mount
drivers side poly filled auto tranny mount - sold

I had the mount left over from my 5-speed swap it was in good condition when removed. I had some extra poly left over from when I did my front mount so I filled it.

these are around 80.00 at napa

how can i tell if i have worn mounts... i can feel some harshness like the engine or tranny is shifting a bit during downshifts and i brake.

that is one way, pop the hood and look while someone puts the car in D and R, when you are driving sometimes you can feel or heard the engine banging or clunking around

or you could just look at the mounts the tranny mount and front mount by the timing cover are pretty easy to spot and the front and rear on the cross member you may have to jack the car up

not sure but good chance if your car has 100k+ miles and it never been changed it's going or gone
