FS: Budget Y-Pipe

I got this Cali Spec Y pipe with 17,000miles (from what i was told) I got some cattman headers now . So its up for sale would like to sell locally .. Fits a 99

$75 obo

It looks like it is cali spec. On fed spec both pipes go up and the pre-cats are replaced cali the pipe connects like this one does.
