It comes with the power harness to connect it to a power source, and the video input cord. Are those the harness you are talking about?

No it didn't. I had my MP3 player hooked up to it for a while, and when I did, it would pull the screen from my MP3 player and put it on the TV monitor, and I didn't have to use the MP3 player except to scroll, and it saved battery life because it wasn't using the MP3 players screen as well.

There is a video input on the screen, if you plug the DVD player into it, it will play movies, if your HU has a video output, it will play whatever the HU is playing. Make sense?

I am glad you finally recieved them, I was on the phone with them like 10 times, that is the weirdest thing I have ever had happen. I do indeed have a center vent console in good condition. Has the Hazard, clock and rear defrost.

Only tails I have left are altezza's that are painted to look like an IS300, all other sets have been sold.
