Ebay will prob be your best bet. I doubt you will find one on there with overnight but you can try. Here a guy selling an OEM one with priority mail.

FYI, the knock sensor is not required to pass any emissions testing. If your check engine light is on, fix the other code. The 0304/0325 code will not trigger the CEL.

That is the only code that cannot be erased. After 2 attempts this is the only code that still shows up. As long as my check engine light is on I will not pass.

There is another code present, the knock sensor will NOT trip the light.

yes but there will be a code if you check the ecu, its a ghost code. You are right that it will not trip the light when by its self.

Yep, and the KS code can be there when testing for emissions. Trust me, I passed with a knock sensor code here in MA.

if you are willing to spend the money to buy one online and spend a little extra to have it shipped overnight, why don't you just go to a local parts store and buy one?

Why don't you just steal the KS from your other maxima in the mean time just to see if the code goes away??? Then you can get your inspection sticker and just order a new KS from ebay.

That idea hit me. But I fit my got damn hand through the v to get to the KS. Taking off the intake manifold is my only other option correct? Where can I find a dissaembly for this??

You could buy the right tools like extenstions and knuckles or find somebody with small hands like a woman or child...I wouldn't remove the manifold just for the knock sensor though. that's kinda extensive for something so easy if you could just get to it. But, if you want to, all that info is on the org somewhere so search is your friend.

p.s. you probably could've ordered a ks from ebay and had it replaced by tom if you acted earlier...lol
