1995- 1999 Carbon fiber mirror covers for OEM mirrors

These are custom carbon fiber mirror covers to fit the OEM maxima mirror shells.

Installation is extremely simple...only 3 phillips screws.

I'm in Kentucky...I want to get at least 90 shipped for these.

PM me or post up in here.

Did you ever install them? If so got pics?
They dont look as if the would fit the maxima mirrors well. They look kind of flat to actually go over the backside of the mirror and they also dont seem to have the little cutout section down in the corner that attaches to the car where the mirrors fold.

Yes, I installed them. No, the only pics I have of them are from far away...

They fit the stock mirrors well. THEY ARE OEM COVERS! They juast have carbon fiber and expoxy and clear finisher on top of them. They are nice. As for the cutout section I don't know what you're talking about but they fit my mirrors...the ones that [blackonblack98 sold me.] I think they are 1997 mirrors.

i think the misunderstanding was flava thought they were complete covers. looks like they only cover the painted portion (which is awesome imo).

the mirrors were from a 98.

No, I have CF covers and they look a bit different then that.
They attach to the backside of the mirror and cover the painted sections.
They look exactly like this...

You can see how they are contoured a bit more then the ones being sold.
Not trying to bash the items being sold, just curious about the fitment.

So these actually replace the original mirror backsides? There not overlays?

I got this in a PM from the seller:

By custom I mean my friend who lays carbon fiber hand laid it on top of the actual stock mirror covers. They are a replacement for your existing OEM covers. You will pop your current ones off and put these in place.
so based on that I can say, yes they do replace the original mirror painted pieces, and are not overlays.

Anyhoo I am purchasing these as soon as I get a reply from the seller.
