FS: Cross/X- Brace-New Jersey

For sale is a used cross brace kit that I purchased for my 1996 Maxima SE and never installed. Its the bars and the middle plate that ties the bars together in the middle. Is it bolt on or weld? are the actual subframe connectors? Who made them?
