IIRC, they do not require modifications to fit, they require modifications to get rid of the gaps in the fender.
The R34s dont require any modifications.

cefiros require cutting of the frame to fit... so once you go cefiro you can never go back to stock again

. You should try using search criteria other than cefiro or A32 sometimes. Infiniti headlight brung up a best offer for these headlights. The seller called them infiniti. 95 bucks shipped. Got em yesterday, no H4 bulbs though which is no prob because I have extras from my R34's that I retrofitted with HID's.
