Dammit. I would be all over it if I knew how to install it perfectly OEM with no CEL, but every write up I see has some kind of hacks to make it work.

I never had any CELs on my '95 related to the swap and I didn't do anything special

I got codes, but only because I pulled EGR and EVAP

Which can easily be avoided by leaving the sensors intact, at least on earlier cars. On later ones, it can be somewhat tricky but it's do-able.
