do you really want to go through this nightmare again with shipping to canada? shipping alone is going to be insane, considering the weight of the starter. i'm willing to ship it as long as you cover the shipping costs.

I know what happend last time. You wrote down a "value" of $100 bucks and never sent it as a gift. If sent as a gift, with a value of $1 I don't pay anything when it arrives. I just got 4 wheels shipped (100lbs) and it never cost me a cent when they arrived. Just check on a shipping cost 1st.
