Motor has somewhere between 120k - 130k
Runs fine. It comes without any sensors or coil packs and has no water pump cover. Gotta let me know in advance if you want to look at it since its at my uncle's house.
I can part it out also, if you need 3.0 timing for $150 if I pull it.
