You need to quit crying so hard, learn to be patient. Honestly if I was the seller and saw you doin that I'd probably put your shipment off till the very last. If you were nice and patient it'd probably get to you rather quickly.
One thing I always try to do when I buy something off someone is BE NICE. You have to remember they are responsible for the item in hand and getting it to you. Kinda like you don't mess with people who cook your food.

 

Max-e-mo....Seriously? This seems so childish... Why would you even think for a second that this method would get you anywhere? Take the high road bro. Try to be calm with him once again. Make a claim with paypal or whoever you paid with if the calm method doesn't work. Post feedback in the buyer seller feedback thread. Anything but posting the same DAMN thing over and over again.
Oh and P.S. 2 weeks isn't THAT bad.
