ALot of it depends on your struts/shocks, the springs control some of the stiffness but mostly it controls the height. For these i would recomend some better quality struts, KYBs or something.... But you could just use your stock struts, it'll just shorten the life of the OEM struts.

I've never had these peticuliar springs on my car, i went with another brand because of height, but i have heard great things about the teins.
