Do you happen to know the spring rates? Also, how is was/is the ride with these?

i had them as low as they car go, so it was a very stiff ride

Do you know what these coilovers are supposed to be matched with? When you order a set of new GC coilovers they tell you to specify what strut and shock combo yo are going to be using.

sorry idk but i currently have them on my agx's and its an ok ride
