FS: Tokico Illumina Suspension Kit; $350+SH

*PLEASE READ ENTIRE POST PRIOR TO ASKING A QUESTION*

Product: Tokico Illumina Suspension kit. 95-99
1.25" drop F&R. Little more once it settled
F - 205 lb/in spring rate, R -293 lb/in spring rates
Probably the most comfortable lowered setup you can buy. Upgraded to coilovers.

Whats included: F&R struts and springs

Part #: #ilk246

Condition: Used with 20K. Mostly highway on nice roads. Missing the dampening indicator on one of the rear struts. Since they are identical, you can just transfer the indicator to the other strut to see the set point. Also one of the front strut dampening "slots" is chipped. I just noticed it. You can still adjust it, just be careful. Thats about it.

Location: Waterford CA before September 15th. San Luis Obispo CA after.

Price: STRUTS SOLD. 50 + shipping for the springs!!!!

Trades: All chrome Cefiro door handles (ext.), FTSB, y-pipe (FED), BBK (Q45).

Shipping:UPS only with tracking and insurance

Notes: It might be of interest to cut part of a coil so it sits level. Little higher in the front as is.

If you need any stock components. I can include them for free. See the following thread for details: http://forums.maxima.org/4th-generat...ml#post7188294

References: Some here, many on car audio forums. Just ask.

Pictures:

Comparison of front struts. Here is the one that isn't chipped. Notice how the slot is clearly defined:

Here is the chipped one:

Thank you guys!

No Im running Auto. These aren't like S-techs where the level varies depending on the tranny. Bit stiffer than that. It honestly wasn't all that noticeable. I did have a pair of subs in the trunk mind you it MAY have been the difference. But I doubt it.

Edit: Here you go. This was running 18x9.5+35 with 245/40 tires. It was a smidget lower in the rear. Not really that noticeable in this pic.

I'm interested in the struts only if you can split them.

Find me a buyer for the springs?

I may just part out with them anyway since I could use the money. Give me a day or two, cool?

Sorry on the picture delay. I'll get them up as soon as possible.

No problem dude! No rush!

One question though: The missing damper indicator...what does that mean exactly? Can you still adjust the dampening? As long as I can still adjust dampening and tell what setting it's at, I'm good.

You just gotta look at the other one to see what setting you are on. Its hard to explain, I can be much better at it with pictures

Priced for a quick sale I have one potential buyer for the whole lot. Coolsaber57 is in line if he's still interested for the struts only. Thanks!

Coolsaber57: Please see my edited notes in the original post for my explanation on the rear struts. The indicator "cap" slides off easily, so no sharpie needed

The rear struts will fit using 5th gen parts. Front struts will NOT fit. Also, the spring rates will likely be too soft, especially in the rear.

Please not that I ONLY ship UPS for large items and my understanding is the fees are higher than regular postal.

I will get you a shipping quote when you I have more time. If you'd like, you can go to UPS and get one yourself. My zip is 95386

You are third in line behind Coolsaber57

Thanks

Struts are pending to coolsaber57. Springs still available. These are great, progressive drop springs and I will let them go for a GOOD price. Just make me an offer and I'll calculate shipping charges

I have noticed that you have inquired about struts in the classifieds for quite some time

You wouldn't believe what I spent this summer
