Pics of adapter plate and how much shipped to 60459? I have a 4th gen and have gathered up all the parts for the 00vi but the throttle body has already been blocked off where the 5th gen iacv was so I'm guessing I need this adapter to make it work with the 4th gen iacv is that right?

 

I bought it from Blazingchimp back out 2008, he said this guy from VA made it. I know who he is talking about but don't know his screen name but he has a turbo 4gen with a full ecu 3.5 and 6-speed swap.
