Intelliglow hyperred needle kit basically is led rings that go underneath the needle. Its a total of 4 rings, two rings have one led each, and the other two have 3 leds each. I bought them and never installed instead I just modded my cluster with led bulbs.

GLWS - I have a custom setup for red LED needles and all I can say is red needles look AWESOME!

Whats the install like for the needle kit? Any instructions/writeup? I see the wiring is simple enough, but how do they mount behind the needles? Possibly interested..

 

basically its 4 led rings that go around the base of the needle ( underneath the gauges) then you wire up the control box to the dimmer switch and there you go its an easy installation just have to be careful when slipping the rings under the needles.

 

..and what is the **** on the box for? Just to get it to the brightness you want?
