95-99 Maxima Intelliglow HyperRed Needle Kit for your cluster
Intelliglow hyperred needle kit basically is led rings that go underneath the needle. Its a total of 4 rings, two rings have one led each, and the other two have 3 leds each. I bought them and never installed instead I just modded my cluster with led bulbs.

$65 shipped paypal ,below is a preview of how the needles will look with your cluster.

what you get with the intelliglow needle kit.They arent quite so intense, but they are pretty bright

Whats the install like for the needle kit? Any instructions/writeup? I see the wiring is simple enough, but how do they mount behind the needles? Possibly interested..

basically its 4 led rings that go around the base of the needle ( underneath the gauges) then you wire up the control box to the dimmer switch and there you go its an easy installation just have to be careful when slipping the rings under the needles.
