I also have two adaptor plates used for an 00vi swap if you choose to keep your 4th gen TB and IACV:

The IACV adaptor is used, but in good condition. It was made by Stephen Max. I replaced the original brass fitting with a 1/4" NPT 1/2" brass barbed fitting to allow for more air to enter the IACV. SOLD!!!

The TB adaptor plate, also made by Stephen Max, is BRAND NEW. The hardware is also included. $70+shipping.
