Yes they are glass, and the roof spoiler is half size

 

The drivers side one seems to be the only one that is on its way. All the rest are all fine. I dont autocross, I drive normal, and roads around here they keep them up. It also comes with the key to adjust the stiffness that Tokico provided with it. I always kept it on my key chain.

 

with the drop on the illumina would that close the gap between the fender and tires?

If it's the tokico setup it should be this:
