If someone buys them, I can fix them up nice for a small fee. They'd look brand new.

Are they OEM or aftermarket HIDs? If they're aftermarket that wiring could easily be solved by getting a wiring harness.

So are these regular chrome Cefiros that were partially painted black? My black Cefiros are more blacked out than these are, and have clear side bulb covers instead of the faded yellows that these have.

If you buy an aftermarket HID kit and relay harness there will be no splicing involved.

But I could do the work for like $25 as long as you cover shipping. I'll open them up, re-attach that corner light cover seal them up and polish the headlight lenses.

How much extra would you charge to black out the rest of the housing?

From what I was told from carnal_30, they were painted a black/bluish. And was also told they are BMW hid's and ballasts. The bad part is I have no diagram for anything! So you are going to have to look up a 12V relay and wire it off that. These are not plug n play, thats why I am selling them for cheap. You are going to have to wire and solder them in, unless you make a harness of some sort.

Wire the Main headlights independent with direct connection to the battery, with a control relay being activated when the headlights would get power normally, simple... I may want.....
