This unit came off my '98 Maxima. Near mint condition sans 3 tiny chips (smaller than a ballpoint pen tip) over the "T" on the TEMP adjuster button, to the left of the rear defrost button and on the rim edge above the red TEMP adjuster button.
**NOTE**
This unit does NOT come with the bulb holders, condoms and bulbs. I had to swap them out into my '99 unit. You'll have to gather your own holders, condoms and bulbs if you don't have a set to swap.
Also, this unit reads out in CELSIUS. I don't know if this will read out as FAHRENHEIT when plugged into a US Maxima/I30 so please confirm for yourself. Worst case scenario is that you'll have to swap out the board. Someone can chime in on this if they know
If you're the least bit handy, you can drill out the space in between the RECIRC and TEMP buttons, add a button and enable the AMB (ambient temperature) function. I have taken this apart and the switch does exist on the circuit board. It just lacks the button.
