97 Maxima SE Stock Exhaust wanted!

Hello,

I am looking for a stock catback exhaust for my 97 SE. Currently I have a stainless Steel catback which is a bit loud and now that my dad is driving this maxima I need to go back to the stock exhaust.

Let me know if anyone has a stock catback laying around. I am located in Queens, NY but I am willing to pick up from any where in the tri state area.

Thanks,
Ken

Not sure if I want to get a weld job on that, it will rust and start leaking...If I dont get any other offers i'll reconsider.

Thanks for getting back to me fast.

Are you going to get the welding done at a shop or are you doing it yourself? I need everything from the cat back since that’s what I have replaced. Will it all hook in exactly including the oxygen sensors? Or are there modifications?

Is this on your car now do you have it removed? What condition is it in, in regards to corrosion?

Also how do you suggest we make this exchange since I am in Queens and you are upstate?

i can have my dad do it, he's got quite a few years on me in the welding department and im out of practice. all the hangers are in tact, the only mod that i did to it was to cut the stock muffler off and weld/clamp a can in its place. the only corrosion that i can see is on the flange to the cat. i should have it on jacks either this weekend or the beginning of next week to change my transmission. i will be able to check it out better then. its sitting in my back yard right now and i can barely get under my car

humm ok Let me know, pictures would help. I am a bit concerned about corrosion and flanges specially because they tend to start leaking from there.

I have an OEM mid section in my garage, it's in good shape, all flanges are good, no corroded rust... It's off a 96' though, not sure if it's compatible...

Here's the catch though, I'm looking for an axle back replacement (muffler), if you want to give me your muffler from your cat back, ill give you my bosal premium oem muffler and the mid section, straight trade... pm if interested.
