Um maybe i misunderstood what part you need. I was refering to the complete rear axle for some reason. I figured it was something large and expensive you didnt want to buy from a local parts store or stealership... But anyways im 100% sure i have the part just make a me an offer or stop being so cheap and buy one local

According buddy you selling your Complete rear Axle with the Lateral Link and Stablizer etc or you just selling the Lateral Rod?
Parts.com OEM parts for most cars pretty good just shipping usually kills you
Mechanical Catalog - Nissan
Rear suspension - Suspension components - Lateral link Lateral link, maxima - beam suspension 1995 - 1999 $118.77 $81.95 $36.82 $81.95
Mechanical Catalog - Nissan
Rear suspension - Suspension components - Link Link, maxima, se - beam suspension 1997 - 1999 $76.73 $52.95 $23.78 $52.95

You need to clarify what part you're looking for...
