New - Snomax 2nd Gen Lower Control Arms (LCA)

Hello Fellow Org'ers,

I haven't done a group sale of LCAs in awhile so here it is to kick off the 2nd generation of Lower Control arms.

How are these different?
  • Urethane ball joint boots--no more tears or cracks
  • Next gen 2-step coating--eliminates rust
  • Energy Suspension bushings, pre-lubed--no more squeaks and creaks
  • Includes castle nut, cotter pin and Teflon grease

Here's a pic of the NEW urethane boot:

And a couple shots of the pre-lubed urethane bushings:

...and rear pivot:

These are new! No refurbs, no waiting, no core charge, just install and have a smooth ride.

These are all urethane parts, no rubber, high quality ball joints, high quality finish with Energy Suspension graphite bushings.

I normally ask $99 each, but if you get a set, I will take $10 off and throw in a ball joint separator tool (good for roasting hot dogs too).

I'll close the deal on Sunday, Oct 23rd--just about 2 weeks from now.

I take paypal or money order. US based shipping runs about $20 on these depending on your location.

I'll add peeps to the sign-up (no deposit needed)

@Maxima Style--they are $10 off the set

OEMS use rubber bushings and are of decent quality--these handle a little better because of the bushings. The ball joint is the same as OEM and should last over 5 years.

If you have 100K on your car, these will really help tighten up the ride since our cars don't have double wishbones or upper arms.

I will be doing 5th gens soon.

These are the same as OEM quality, except the bushings wont deteriorate. Also, OEMs are very expensive.

did you design these or do you just take another control arm and put in the ES bushings, coating, balljoint, or what? I'm interested in them as I need a new set of control arms for my beater, but I also don't know a thing about you and I was surprised to find an .org member selling somewhat "custom" control arms.

Nealoc187,

I don't design them, I just do the service. There are a lot of people that don't have tools or time so I have offered this for awhile.

They are pretty much the best stuff you'd normally out in a control arm--without going crazy and spending hundreds on custom adjustables.

Lemme know if you need a pair.

Well, its a couple days past the close date. I'll consider the list closed--if you have a control arm emergency, PM me. I might be able to fit you in before I ship them all out.

Thanks for the interest.

How do we know these arn't ebay control arms with ES bushings? Read up on some reliability issues on the ebay arms and welds.
