they were installed and uninstalled by professional shop

Those look like Motivational Engineering rear upper mounts. They should have had the bolts installed before they were assembled to the strut. No biggie. Pretty rare part BTW.

When they were installed they were regular bolts nothing special. But on the stock suspension the bolts are to be pit
In before the assembly of the spring+strut
