looks to be DEK lower manifold, Cali spec due to swirl valves.

On the LIM there are little flap plates that the swirl valve controls. And the vacuum hoses on the left side of the picture. And it looks like the actual swirl valve solenoid is mounted to it still.

I know this cause I just swapped my cal to a fed like last weekend. lol

I don't have a 00vi so I really don't know. BUT, the cali spec is more restrictive than the fed spec lim. Thats why I swapped mine over.

But I don't think it's a huge factor in your thread here. Most people are federal spec, so they can just use their fed 4th gen lim for the 00vi swap.

 

I just removed the swirl valves and swirl control valve for my dek swap

 

I prefer dek cause of better injector choices...doesn't matter for na guys though

 

It does...even if you stay N/A the dek injectors flow more than the de... but in order to use them you need the dek lim and fuel rail... but swirl valves are easily removed...my car is ecu'd for swirl valves.. 99 se-l cali spec...
