All of the PFTB adapters I've seen in the past on the org haven't come with a cable bracket and someone might be able to fab on themselves. Also, as an update, I am having the first prototype cable bracket made this week so I will let you know how it turns out.

 

Update: The first prototype throttle cable bracket arrived yesterday! Just have to bolt everything up and see how it will fit.

 

It has been almost 8 months since your posting on making an attempt to create this item. Do you have one completed as of yet? Also, are you still in need of that I30 leather seat we were discussing?

Sorry it taken so long. I had to cut up and modify the prototype. Also, I've been very busy lately but things are starting to wind down and I should have the time to knock out the throttle brackets.

I'm confused. I thought all this was to get the PFTB on a 3.5 IM? Not a 4th gen TB on a 3.5 IM, which as far as I'm aware requires no adapter at all to fit.

 

The adapter has a duel bolt pattern so you can bolt up either the 4th gen TB or the PFTB to the 3.5 IM. I just double checked my 3.5 IM and 4th gen TB and I don't think the 4th gen TB will bolt straight to the 3.5 IM unless I missed something.

 

The 4th gen tb does not directly bolt up without drilling and tapping the 3.5 uim.

 

Ahh, maybe that's what was done to the 3.5 that I picked up from a previous swap. It has the 4th gen TB bolted directly to the 3.5 IM, but I haven't disassembled it to see what's going on between the two. My mistake!

 

There seems to be alot of interest in a PFTB for the DE-K intake and I plan to make one after I finish the throttle cable bracket for the 3.5 adapter.

Ok, the throttle cable bracket is finished. It bolts to the top of the PFTB adapter. You use your OEM 4th Gen throttle cable mount. Here is a pic.
