Fwiw 99's steering rack are different from 95-98.

They are simply stiffer, that's it, there's no diff In them at all

Any play in the steering rack inners?

There's no play in it, car was running and driving condition,

Sub frame sod, rack ands ion available

I am replacing my rack and pinion. Do I need to but one bushing or two? Also what is the name of filter that has to be replaced so I can order it. How much power steering fluid to replace?
