Direct fit for the steel 95-96 which weight about 23 pounds.
They could be made to fit the 97-99 but the brackets from the 97-99 would have to be removed which are spot welded on. The brackets for the aluminum 95 are bolted on but are about 2" shorter.
The steel 97-99 weighs 35.5 pounds.
