'97 Parting Out

Finally parting ways with my black '97 SE. She's only got about 130k miles on her, engine and transmission are in great shape, but she's got a salvage title and a nasty vacuum leak that I'm just not gonna have the time to get around to fixing.
Engine block is in great shape, body is in pretty good shape overall, except for a decent dent in rear left passanger door. Interior condition B+, a few minor additions like A pillar 3-guage pod with water temp, oil temp and oil pressure.
Canadian market LSD with probably about 40k miles
Place Racing CAI
Greddy exhaust
300zx calipers
cobra 13" slotted rotors

I don't know if she's worth repairing in her entirety but would be a good parts car. I'm trying to get rid of her intact if possible.
If anyone is interested in her, make an offer.
