What's wrong? Transmission needs work, it makes bad noises. Car still drives, it can be test driven, but I would not planning on driving this car very far. If you don't live in Charleston SC, you should plan on towing the car or shipping the car.
What else is wrong? CEL is on due to problems with the evap valves for the gas tank. Front right corner 'turning' light lens is broken. Small rust spot on front fender, driver's side, at the corner near the door. The body has a couple minor dings and dents and other paint defects, but on the whole with a fresh wax it looks very good.
Recent work: Rebuilt injectors, new COP on each cylinder, new spark plugs.
The engine starts and runs like a dream, gets about 20 mpg around town, and 25 on the highway. Engine does not burn any oil. AC and heat both work great. Original radio with CD player works great. Cloth seats are in great condition, no rips or tears or holes or worn spots. All of the original factory carpets are present. The interior looks very nice. Original windshield and all other glass, no cracks or chips. My paper copy of the factory service manual will be included, and all of the service records that I have from when we bought the car in 1999 with about 90k miles on it.
This car is way too nice to send to the junkyard, and it has been a great daily driver until the transmission noise started. I've got too many other projects, it's time for someone else to enjoy the car.
