I just got new ngk plugs, do i need to gap them?

I just got some ngk laser platinum plugs, it says to gap them to manufacturer's specs.. What should the gap be ?

you don't need to gap the platinum plugs, it's already set.

The gap is .044. They come pre gapped but I always check them to be on the safe side.

Where did you get the plugs, how much? I gotta put some new platimum plugz in sometime. Could I just go to pepboyz?

There was actually a commercial on TV for NGK plugs, it was a NAPA commercial. Lucky me there's a brand new NAPA store 1/2 block from my house...
