Ok ladies/gents going to take a look at this car today. Its fully loaded black leather, bose, power seats...etc.. Best part <b>5spd</b> hehe. I was think about offering him 13900 including tax tag and title out the door cash. What do you think?

Seems ok, 5 speed looks to be in good condition, dont know about them miles though...you could probably pick up a 99SE 5spd with 30k on it for like 15 grand..I would take a low ball approach, offer like 13,500 see what he says, whats the worse that can happen? he either says he cant do it or you get a nice car for 13,500
