drop with Eibachs

I was wondering what kind of drop to expect with the Eibachs. I just bought rims and I need some springs.

see my homepage. drop was lower than I thought. Be prepared to roll out of your car. I would suggest new struts too. I like the eibachs, although I'd like to sit in a car with
b&G and H&R

What do you mean roll out of the car? Is the ride not good or something?

Just installed Eibach/Tokico last week. Springs were used so they were all ready settled. Lowerd 1.5" in front and back. Perfect drop IMO. Did not want to looked slammed.
As far as ride quality, I did not realized that all four of my struts were totally blown, so my ride quality is much improved. I think Higher mileage cars with stock struts, like mine was, will actually get a better ride.
I recomend highly.

My sig picture ^ is before my Eibachs, so don't go by that. As far as I know Sprint, Maxspeeds, Dropzone give more of a drop. I don't know if they will slam your max or not. I can only recomend Eibach because that is all I have used.

i have eibach+tokico combo. I dont recommend it. The car still feels high and the ride isnt all that great. The car doesnt feel stiff but you feel every single bump on the road. Im gonna cut atleast one coil so I can see how this car looks dropped. If cutting the springs doesnt work out too good then Im planning on getting something different...so yeah, I dont like eibach+tokicos and wouldnt recommend them for a max.

That is odd how people can vary that much in their opinion. I like my Eibach/tokico combo. Maybe it's what different people want and expect. All my stock struts were blown when I did my install. I have only owned the car for 6 months, so I never knew what my suspension was supposed to feel like. That is probably half the reason I like my set up so much. I would recomend Eibach/Tokico.
Different strokes for different folks.

On my 96SE, i've got Eibach Prokit springs w/ stock struts/shocks. If you are just installing the springs for now... and getting shocks later on or something... then here's a picture of the drop u should expect:

(same pic as my sig but the original... just makes it more clear to see)

good luck w/ ure selection and installation

Eibach Pro or GC Coilovers

Wouldn't GC coilovers be the best in terms of ride height and performance? Outside of price is there any reason to NOT get GC coilovers?

Ive got tockicos/eibachs with konig tantrums..my car still looks like a pick up truck. The ride quality sucks, still tons of bodyroll too. Also the struts or springs squeak. Anyone know why they are doing this?

I thought my tokiko/eibachs handled great, but rode quite rough on mildly rough roads. I blew a tokiko in less than 1 yr, others have also, but then again some are doing fine.
