I have an aging 96 max w/ black leather, and it's starting to wear out. Not my fault, of course, I've conditioned it as much as i could to make it nice, but there's little hope. I don't wanna replace everything, and I recently saw someone w/ two tone leather seats. How could i do this? Could i do it myself?? How much would something like this cost?? THanks

not something you wanna do yourself but my boy has an impala ss and he got his leather two toned and embroidered for about $300 dollars it looks sweet as hell dn the guy who did it is an old asian guy. i'd expect something like that to cost somewhere around $1000. i'm thinkin of getting the two center panels of the front seat replaced with grey leather and embroider something onto the headrest. I think the grey with the black leather will look great with my plans for a aluminum dash kit. what yall think???

 

It's definitely not a bolt-on, 5 minute job but many .org members have successfully done it themselves. It depends on how comfortable you are on doing it yourself. A search will definitely yield better results on the level of difficulty.
