How do I repair the stripped screw holes in my armrest?

How do I repair the stripped screw holes in my armrest?

The two holes on my armrest were it attatches to the center console are stripped. Is there some type of epoxy I can use or someother way to make the screws stay in? The plastic is worn and the holes are now to big. Thanks.
