Alignment after lowering. Camber question?

just got my alignment done after install of my Eibach/Tokico. All was in spec except for front right camber. I am at -1.1, which is only .1 out of spec. Should I worry about bad tread wear? I could get the adjustable camber.

Has any one been barly out of camber spec and had any problems?

My gut feeling is it should not be a big deal. Let me know what you think.
