MaxSpeed and Ionic Dynamics kit update...

Hey guys, just wanted to update my previous post. As some of you may know I got my MaxSpeed springs installed a while ago. Before that I had the Stillen lip and Ionic Dynamics sides and one-piece rear. The drop is around ~1.7" front and ~1.5" rear.

Overall I have learned to take hills sideways and slow down on speed-bumps SO far so good. I love the drop and the kit. The side skirts make the car look super long and the rear changes the look of the car completely (like TurDz said). And the drop just evens everything out. The car rides pretty smooth still because I am on stock struts but not for long. No sounds from suspension (thank God) and no problems with the kit (thank God again).

When I posted the pix of the drop last time, the springs were just installed and the drop was not too noticeable. But now (dont ask how) the springs seem to have settled pretty good and the drop is very much noticeable.

I hope to have more pictures after this weekend.

Welp, thats it, I just wanted to relay my hapiness with the Ionic Dynamics kit (thanks Jose) and the MaxSpeed springs (thanks WizzaMax)!

I just put sorona front bumper on, my maxspeed springs will be in monday as well as my wheels. My front bumper is already like 2 1/2 inches from the ground. I'm already getting used to slowing down before bumps and stuff but all my friends say the bumper will probably be tore off when I lower it.

When someone asks what car you drive do you say "Oh it's that Nissan Warpspeed Stillen Frankencar Courtesy Maxima over there."?

Why didn't ionic design a front spoiler or replacement front bumper/fascia to go with the kit.

I like the sides and rear, but still think the Stillen front looks a little mismatched.

Hey, you remember that time in your life when your parents told you "If you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all."?

Well, this is that time. This isnt for you to post your "opinions" If I wanted an opinion on whether saying the name of the kit sounds funny or not, I would ask you.

But I dont want to be rude. If you don't want to say the whole name of the kit, DONT. Jesus. Some people go out of their way for others and some just go out of their way to screw with others. I'm sorry but I don't think he made the kit especially for you, so don't ***** about saying the name of the kit.

You like the stillen kit? COngrats, go buy it. I'm not going to tell you its a bad kit. Better yet, as some people would say... "make your own kit"

bye.

Why didn't ionic design a front spoiler or replacement front bumper/fascia to go with the kit.

RL
He didnt make a front part because he modeled the sides and rear to be used SPECIFICALLY with a stillen lip. You can't beat a stillen lip right now, and if he tried making his own it would be made out of fiberglass (as is the rest of the kit) and fiberglass on the front of a car is just crazy. ALso, it would bring the kit's price alot.

Are those pics of after it has settled? It still looks higher than the 1.7" drop that its supposed to be.
I guess backing into curbed spots is just as bad as going forwards since your rear piece looks like it sits below the curb! *mental note*

The next time you get a chance to take some pics during the day, could you get a straight on side shot? Would be nice just for reference.

I guess they havent settled yet, its just my head telling me they have. It's only been a week or so anyway....

Backing into a curb isnt a great idea with this kit....i try to avoid doing that as much as possible.

The next time I get a chance to take pix will be a long time from now probably after you get your stuff....sorry...

Wow, unless its the angle of the pic, the front is noticably lower than the back (more so than .2").
Still, looks good, now you need new rims

Yea I thought the point of the 2pc was because the 1pc was too low for some.
