Just wanted to know how much you guys paid for your MAXIMA's
......I bought a Black 1998 MAXIMA SE in 1998.... AUTO, Leather, BOSE...etc etc etc...for $24,000.....

 

My 97 SE's sticker price was $27,000. I have a 5-speed, sunroof, and C&C package. They asked me what I'd pay for the car...5 minutes later, I talked the sticker price down to $22K. After taxes and everything I left paying $24K.

 

In May '98, I bought a brand new '98 GXE for ~$19,045 including taxes, plates and all those other charges. I was very happy with that price.

 

96 Maxima SE in 98 with 35k for 17,700 cash out the door.

 

Bought a '97 GXE in 1998, paid 14k. Got it from a Lincoln dealer who just wanted to get it off the lot.

 

I bought my '97 SE 5-spd. in Jan 2000 for $17,900.00. It had only 17,000 miles on it. Lease return.

 

Brough 96 GXE in early 97 brand new with 400 miles on it.
Loaded with leather, alloy, cd changer, etc for 19,472 total. I'm happy with ride. I have never seen GXE with leather and cd changer together in my town beside mine. hehe.

 

I got my 97 maxima se 5 speed fully loaded(leather,sunroof,bose,and automatic climate control) for $15,500...it had 38,000 miles.

last year in october I bought my SE 5speed with all the goodies for $15,000 on the road It HAD 19,000 miles on it I thought that was a sweet deal now it has 45,000miles

 

I bought a black 99 gxe 5spd for 16800 on december of 98, I did not want anything added to the car other than the base model.
Audio- Sonu CDX780, 10 cd changer, infinity tweeters, polk's
6 3/4 door and rear deck speakers, 2 10' mtx ( 500 watts) and an MTX amp 440 watts. Also I added muffler (OBX) and 17's.

I bought a "Plain Jane" '99 GXE 5-speed brand new in January of '99.
Nissan offered an attractive rebate deal and I was hooked.

Price of car, including destination charge = $16,620.
Out The Door cost, including tax, title, tags = $17,269.

This seemed like getting a Maxima for an Altima price, and I'm glad to have it.

 

I bought a 97 GXE in March or 2000 for 11.5K. The car had 56K miles on it.

 

I bought my 97SE exactly one year ago this week.
97SE, auto, no leather, 45k, $17,100 out the door.

 

I bought a '99 ES Limited for $28,500(Canadian) excluding taxes. It is exactly like an SE except for the wing, bose, leather, side airbags, and sunroof. I bought it brand new last May. I thought it was a great deal since they were sells it for $32,500 at the beginning of 1999.

 

I must say i feel bad, ( NOT ) about this guy situation. He was driving his 99.5 SE Limited for a year when is job relocated him in to NYC. The stick was killing him. The car had 46,000 on it when i first saw it in the paper... He asked $17,500, as time when on he became more and more desperate to sell and pick up his automatic VW passat that was going back on the showroom floor unless he acted fast. I turned down a 97 BMW 540 i for $ 33,000 to get this for ....are you ready... $ 14,500...48k by the time i got it. SE Limited loaded, i never new this car had some much, and could offer the base level of performance that could keep me happy for years...Upgrading soon...Pics comming this week...

Bought two new:

1995 GXE plain Jane (5 spd)for $17,200 (back in 95 of course)
1999 SE-L (5 Spd) with comf and conv pckg for $20,000 even. Had to sell the 99 to buy a minivan...

 

I got mine about a month ago. 98 se fully loaded, leather. 16500miles for 16K.

 

45,000 miles 5 speed for $14,500.....not a bad deal!
