tire wear

Is it common to wear out outer edges of front tires by 19k? toe in ok any way to set camber? any aftermarket kits?

If your wearing out the outer edge of your tires then You are under inflating your tires and/or your ballace is messed up. Try adding some more PSIs and see if that helps

Who checked your alignment?

Aside from Alignment, improper tire pressure can contribute to tire wear, but you'd see it on both sides.

Do you take corners fast? That will do it as well.

Has your car been in an accident? Do you have positive camber (wheels pointing \---/ as opposed to |---|)?
