Anyone with Fender Flares?

Has anyone tried putting on fender flares on their max? I have a Stillen aero kit, but I think it would look even better with a set of fender flares. I'm not talking about the cheesy looking chrome ones.

Something similar to this:

I proposed the idea a while ago but nobody cared. I though it would be good since we could even extend them down a little to get rid of some of the horrendous wheelgap... but nobody cared to respond to my theads.

I think that the Maxima's fender lips are nice and flat, so that we could mold some on with liitle or no trouble.

And the wheelwell screws are easily accessible so we would attach them damn easily. But like I said nobody cares so I just deleted my post. Look at the Veilside Supra overfenders, but imagine them painted - that's what I was aiming for.

My friend actually has a set of those in his garage. He's going to mold them onto his IS.

But look at the back doors, that's going to be the difficult part with a Maxima. Whatever you get is going to have to be a 2 piece deal in the back so the door can open.

I'm looking into getting something similar done, but have it an actual all metal widebody, not just flares bolted onto the car.

I always like how the fender flared on the geo trackers.

I was thinking of a way to graft them to my car. But then i would

need a 4door donor car to do it.

My friend molded a set of these IS300 fender flares to his Acura TL, and they look awsome.

Those aren't bad but like I said I think we should just bolt it from the inside (wheelwells). The rivets on the outside look like too much for the simple design of the Maxima. I like the idea though, but we should get them so that they could also be used without a bodykit - those shown would only look good with one.

Wouldn't this also allow us to run wider wheels without any wheel bite...
