Pics of my car and the home depot grill!!!

After many hours and a few cuts and scratches on my hand, i put the home depot grill on to the maxima, it looks tight for the amount its worth (7 bucks)

Here it goes...

hmm...well looks good but I say let your next mod be a new camera..those pictures are well kinda blurry.

hahah yea i used my video camera and then transferred it with my TV in card...i need a digital camera!

I'd say...it looks like you just laid the grill on in the holes and not behind it. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt though.

Looks great. I'm thinking about doing this mod soon, and wondered what all the materials were that you needed to do this and about how much?

yeah it does look great, all u need to get from home depot is the grill, and u need a metal cutter which i had at home and something to tie the grill with. I used this thin metal that can bend and used that to tie the grill. Overall, im happy with it and it looks totally different.

afaik there should be only one kind of mesh available at Home Depot.

yeah it looks sweet, i went out for a spin right, and when i came back, the bottom grill came off!!! so i had to make a new one and this time i tied it with those ziploc things

i recommend this for anyone who has 7 bucks...

now mine is nothing as compared to Blackcat's grill!!

he stopped by work and showed me today-- he did just lay it over and not behind it looks alright from far away

It looks good to me, BlackCat's also. I prefer having the mesh in front instead of behind, it looks a lot better and more noticeable. I use to have mine behind the grill, then I just chose to remove it and never had the time and skill to make one to go in front.

i'll take some more pics with Maxedout camera...

like Ben said, if the mesh was behind the grill, was is the point? u can barely see it..why not in front where it changes the wholle front view of that car. It looks alot different to me now..
