Can someone create an FAQ for VI

Looks like a number of people have the VI now, maybe
one of you can get a FAQ going for it.
Where to get.
costs
part list
problems
install steps
etc......

what bugs are you refering to? like the rpm switch malfunctions and vacuum leak issues people have reported?
