The offset is the distance from the centerline of the wheel to the wheel bolt up face, and yes a 38mm offset will work fine.

It depends on the distance between the lugholes. They should be 114.3 or 4.5 apart.

I have 30mm off set wheels in my car, will I damage or wear out my wheel bearings?

Thank you!

Not sure, but I think you may have issues with fender rubbing.

I have these wheels installed with 30mm off set, but I have no rubbing at all.
