will starter from 97 I30 (auto) fit my 97 SE (auto)?

Hi everyone - I need new 10 tooth starter for my max
I been searching and making phone calls and the prices vary,
Nissan wants almost 285 $ but Infinity is 200 $
so I'm wondering if it will fit
please let me know

It'll work because I replaced mine with one from the infiniti dealership for the same price. An I30 is nothing but a max with a different look. A lot of I30 parts are maxima compatible.

NOOOOOOOOO.... check out www.car-parts.com I got my starter for my 5spd conversion for $50. It's only 2 bolts and 2 wires to replace, do it yourself. The starter for all 4th gen auto's is the same...
