well about an hour and a half ago, my max was put to rest up against a tree. It was raining and my foot sliped off the brake onto the gas and i flew up a curb into a tree and i think my max will be claimed as a total. this really f*cking sucks, im starting shcool this monday and have y-pipe, clear corners, in the mail. a lot of good those will do me. the engine seems fine, it still starts and all, but the whole front end, windshield and hood is gone. my car is only worth like 9k. do u think insurance will claim a total or just get it fixed?? this f*cking blows

 

I just did a lot of damage to my car as well. I wil post pics of the dameage as soon as possible, but i did like 5-6K worth and no total.. What year max do you have? Sorry to hear about that-are you alright?

Hopefully there isn't much frame damage and they won't total it. It doesn't sound too bad from your description but I guess we need pics to really judge.

For future reference, Razo pedals are great for non-slippage.

 

yeah, if i get my car back, or the next max i buy i will definatly get new pedals. but as far as me, i think my arm is broken, and i have the headache of a life time. i was to p*ssed about my car to go to the hospital, so i think i might go tomorrow. but i hope they dont claim total, i owe more on my car than it is worth, due to my financing it. i hate the rain.
