addco RSB question

I just recieved the addco rsb and the bushings are black. Are they polyurethane b/c the pics of online installation instructions have red bushings?? Why do people talk of buying "upgraded" bushings? Also, off topic, but to those who painted the bar, what kind of spray paint sticks well? Sorry for the simple Q

All Addco RSBs from now on have polyurethane bushings, so don't worry.

Any kind of paint will stick. Rustoleum and high-temp paint are my two best bets. I painted mine with a dark grey can of Rustoleum.

Thanks TurDz! Can't wait to install it!
By the way, which flat-plate goes where (trailing link, or Axle)? One place has two matching holes (oval), the other has different kinds of holes (oval, circle)

I believe the plate with "oval, circle" is used for the trailing arm. If you test fit the "U" bolts with the plate you will see that one works and the other does not.
