Dent removal

Is there any way to remove dents by yourself? Just little minor dents that can hardly be seen unless looking on an angle on the doors....anybody have any ideas,... Thanks

If they are really small, don't even bother. Just compound the scratch (if there are any) and shine. Noone will know the difference.

Yes, you can get dents removed without painting, provided there is access to the back of the panel in question.
I had 5 small dents removed from my Grand National by a guy I found out about through the local car dealership. Since having it done, I waxed the car and I honestly can't find where the dents were ( and I knew pretty well were they were before).
The trick is to find someone who is truly good at his trade. There are many that promise good work, but few can deliver, and the ones that are good spend a lot of their day correcting other people's mistakes. The best place to start looking is your local new car dealerships. They seem to be the biggest customers for dent removal. Ask around and, most importantly, get to see their work before anyone touches your car.
By the way, it cost me $150 Canadian to get the 5 dents out - a lot cheaper then painting just one panel.

IM pretty sure they sell them at pepboys. Its like a suction cup u glue over the dent and then u pry out the dent.

don't know how much they cost, but i'm pretty sure these things work. I saw something similar on an info-mercial and jokingly mentioned it to a friend of mine who's father owns a body shop. he said that for small dings they actually use something just like that kit so it can't be half bad. and i don't think you can just get any old suction cup...these come with an additional adhesive that is supposed to really hold the suction cup to the body, but is easy to remove once you're done.

I got my kit there. My friend and I split the $60 kit.

I have used it with pretty good results. Youo MUST use it on factory painted cars. If you use it on a repaint, it will probably pull the paint off the car.
The only problem that I have is getting the glue to stick to my paint. I use their cleaner and everything and I cant get good pulls without the glue "popping" off. Must be the quality Zaino Bros polish that I use

If the ding is perfectly round with no paint damage in the center it will coome out undetected. I pulled about 3 of these. If it has paint damage or isnt round, you have to do several pulls from different angles to get it out. Even then you can still notice them but not as bad.

Overall wasnt bad for the $30 I spent on my half. Hell I even made $10 pulling a dent out of another car.....
