I wanna hook my car what do you guys suggest?

I have a 98GXE cheapest version (no leather ect..)

I have Rims i put in with tires for $1,200 few weeks ago.
and tints aswell.

-Its gold.

I was thinking of getting the following :

1. Sarona Design Body kit

2. Phase II Fenders Made by Sarona Design

3. Generation II Altezzas

4. Front Side bumper lights the clear ones.

5. Intake.

6. and most likly a mophlor.

7. I will also get a whole body paint job done since mine has some scraches.

How much would all this cost me guys?

I was thinking of only spending $2,500 is that to little?

Atleast $3.5k for everything you listed. For $2000 you can get the exterior of your car and doorjambs repainted. The Sarona kit costs $1k alone, but you will pay to have it fitted since it is crap quality. Mind you if you want a color change you should be looking at $4.5k atleast.

Here are a few 'alterations' to maybe save you some money and still get the most out...

I was thinking of getting the following :

1. Sarona Design Body kit

2. Phase II Fenders Made by Sarona Design (Hold off until later because they get tiring after a short while and are a lot of $$$)

3. Generation II Altezzas (Make your own red/clears first and see how you like those... no more than $15)

4. Front Side bumper lights the clear ones. (Diamond Cut ones since you have a 98... Can be had for $40... check GD's)

5. Intake. (CAI(more) or Frankencar(cheaper))

6. and most likly a mophlor. ?

7. I will also get a whole body paint job done since mine has some scraches. (get it touched up)

Performance:

1. Budget or WSP y-pipe ($180 USD) and will net about 15HP paired with intake1

Dont get anything made buy sarona, I think the kit looks the best, but there have been many fitment and durilibity issues with sarona kit and phase 2 fenders. I say u forget that stuff get: Y pipe, VI, exhaust, CAI, and maybe some NOS!

Yes ,these guys are pro they can edit anything but i will try to get

Y-pipe, MEVI, SC, Cat back, SFCs, Springs, Struts, RSB, FSTB...

So far i narrowed it down to :
Phase II fenders $420
sarona Design kit $1100
Air In take CAI $200
Muffler $325
Mid Pipe $255
Gen II Altrezzas $200
And a whole paint job with some dents fixed $1000-1500

After that gonna get a small lcd screen that just came out with dvd ect.. what u all think did i skip anything?

ohh sounds good... sparco? I think you ought to go for the dash kit in that sense... just to make the interior look sporty too. CF dash kit! and also indiglo gauges?

I love this guy. just walked in with pocket full of cash and let the other maxima people give suggestion.

Unlike some member don't even do some research on aftermarket parts and ask questions like
1. "what's the best mod for the buck?" - we don't even know what kind of mods you like. performance? cosmetic? seach yourself.
2. "where can i get body kit for less than $300?" - try ebay.
3. "how can I put in a turbo for less than $1000?" - you tell me.
4. "what's are some mods get me into 12 and less than $1000" - NOS maybe?

by the way, since you said you don't have leather seat and I assume you pretty much want a show car, might want to get a aftermarket leather seat. like leatherseats.com

honestly to tell u the truth...space out yur mods, dont go nuts on them ALL AT ONE TIME..you might have alotta fun but modding periodically keeps you active with the car where every couple of weeks or month or so you throw sumthin new on
As for suspension mods which the max NEEDS, get sum new aftermarket springs(i love my B&Gs) and KYBAGX struts, FSTB, RSb...sine u got new rims/tires you are good on that part atleast
for performance, for now keep it to intake(CAI or Frankencar or VI-but VI is costly), Ypipe, catback system(instead of just a muffer)...just those three can give you atleast about 25-30 HP at the wheels and you will definately feel it...wait on the SC and nitrous for a while cuz those things arent exactly GREAT for your car either and if you are serious bout racing, then its worth it, but theyre rather costly and serious mods...if u just wanna hook up yur car, and more show than go but still a good amount of GO, then go with those first three things i said, perhaps an UDP and short throw shifter if youre 5 spd, or a VB mod if youre auto
as for looks, check out the new maximumm tunning Type S kit that came out, its real nice but the front is a little overkill in my opinion
Phase II fenders-if you REALLY want them, then get them but for $420 id rather get HIDs or sumthin, which u can even get for cheaper than that-like 300-350
Get sum wiremesh in the grill and valence, shave yur rear emblems(if u want, i didnt tho), do your red/clear tails(better than altezza's and u save enuf money for yur intake),maybe sum aftermarkt sidemarkers in the fenders, another simple thing that makes the enginebay look nice is sum colored wireloom to dress up the hoses..get the DC front bumper lenses, put reverse indiglo's in or sum kinda neons inside, paint the dash aluminum instead of buying the dash kit--cheaper that way, you got tints already correct? you can perhaps put an underbody neon kit, the paintjob is sum serious stuff there u looking to spend alotta money and unless u dont live near a city, then i dunno if the whole paintjob is worth it unless u getting a custom new color done or theres serious damage to the paint/exterior...his mightve been long but i hope it helped, jus my 2 cents
